The Polis area becomes more and more attractive as news emerged that the Polis town hall has granted planning permissions for a new marina as well as for two golf courses in the Limni area, the site of now defunct copper mines. Further the Cyprus Government has announced that a new motorway will link Paphos with Polis providing easier and faster access from Paphos airport, one of the two airports in Cyprus.
